Keep the first order as three real factory invoices

BML still rations dollars by ticket size. Under $2,500 gets the best support. A single $2,614 wire is the wrong shape. Split is honest because the goods come from three factories: Yongkang / Taizhou sprayers, Yangjiang SK5 shears, Jiangsu / Guangdong towers.

Male Ports treats several bills of lading to one consignee as a full box. This trial is about 2 CBM. It must ride a co-loader LCL, not its own 20 ft.

China to Male

Same trial lot, about 2 CBM / 180 kg. GST 8% on CIF either way. Duty is HS-specific: ask the broker to check sprayers (8424) and towers on customs.gov.mv, and ask each factory for a China-Maldives FTA certificate of origin.

Freight bands from Goodhope's China-Male card. 20 ft FCL is $3,500 to $5,800 on that card; other brokers still advertise $1,500 to $3,000. Get a live bid. Hulhumale is same-day after release. Any other island is a separate boat.

What I would do

This week

Courier the sample box. See if the 1 L and 5 L are quiet, and if the SK5 bites clean on bougainvillea.
If they work, place the three invoices above. Ningbo for sprayers and shears, Shenzhen or Shanghai for towers, one LCL consolidation.
Ask every factory for MSDS on the lithium, 230 V USB brick, and the China FTA origin form.

Do not mix in this cargo

Pesticides or fertilizers. Those need MoA (and Defence) papers.
Seeds or live plants. Phytosanitary is a different path.
Loose spare batteries. Built-in cells with MSDS only.
Indian traders. These are China factories, principals, which is the rule.
